Real Estate in Sharm el Sheikh is developing a terrible reputation on the net. There are some good stories but unfortunately there are also many forums (see article below) with hundreds of people like us who are desperate and frustrated and totally let down. Not to mention seriously out of money specially for the ones living and working in Sharm. Real Estate Agent are selling you the complex "off plan" giving you their guarantee of the best investment you could do... but then reality is completely different. Is it fair? We all came to Sharm because we like it and decided to invest our money to have a nice place where to live.
