Corruption, according to the Wikipedia, is a general concept describing any organized, interdependent system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system's original purpose. When exchange of money or other value is involved, it's also called "bribery". 2008 شرم الشيخ هناك العديد من النقاط الجيدة فى شرم بالمقارنة مع اوروبا .فى مجرد كلمات قليلة،الشمس ساطعة دائما؛وروعة الغوص؛كل شيىء رخيص فقط من 4 الى 6 ساعات وقت الطيران من شراء العقارات و هنا يصبح اكثر و اكثر شعبية.و لكن بعد حين التعايش هنا سوف نبدأ بذكر اسهل العيوب ثم الاسباب التى جئنا من اجلها الى هنا..نجد فى البداية ان المشروع السكنى الذى يطلق عليه"شرم كليف"والذى يتكون من 13 فيلا و 78 شقة سكنيه؛مع تاريخ الانجاز للمشروع بأكمله و أنه سيتم تنفيذ جزء كبير من المشروع فى السنه الاولى أى حتى نهاية 2006حيث و اننا 9 ملاك اجانب إشترينا الشقق فى عام 2005 ولا يزال الموقع عبارة عن بناء بعد ثلاث سنوات .

العقارات فى شرم في وضع سمعة الرهيب على الشبكه. وهناك بعض القصص الجيدة ولكن للاسف هناك ايضا العديد من المنتديات مع المئات من الاشخاص من هم مثلنا من الاحباط واليأس. ناهيك بجدية من الاموال المنفوقة خصيصا للذين يعيشون ويعملون فىشرم. وكيل العقارات التى تبيع لكم العقود"من خطة" مما يتيح لك على ضمان افضل استثمار يمكن ان تفعل لكم... ولكن بعد ذلك هو واقع مختلف تماما. هل من الانصاف؟ ونحن جميعا جئناالى شرم: اننا نحبها، وقررنا ان نستثمراموالنا و ان يكون لنا مكان جيد للعيش فيها

يا لها من مفاجأة للسكان عند العودة الى بيوتهم بعد يوم عمل وايجاد انابيب المياه الممزقه في بحيره من الماء. اول شيء هو اغلاق الصمام. ثم خطة عمل مع الجيران. اولا وقبل كل شيء تنظيم الاصلاح الفوري. ثم العثور على الطرف المسؤول. شهود على مقربة مركز غوص اقول شاهدوا جرافه كبيرة تجريم منطقة عبور عدة مرات في ذلك اليوم. حيث انها تعمل من اجل "ايل Mercato" زرع اشجار النخيل. قصة ما اكده مدير المبيعات للMercato. في البداية ودية جدا ، واعد بارسال اكثر من شخص في اليوم التالي على الفور ، ومن الواضح انه اعطى انطباع على استعداد دفع نفقات اذا كان لمسؤوليته. و بعد التعيين في اليوم التالي لاعتماد لهذا المشروع. المياه المفقودة: 267 في المنهج النموذجي 8،45 جنيه = 2256 جنيه اصلاح : 300 جنيه المجموع : 2556 جنيه = € 300 وأيضا ، وفي اليوم التالي كان الموقف تغير تماما. مدير "ايل Mercato" ويقول لهم انهم لن يدفعوا الضرر. وفي رأيه ان الجرافات التي تمكن ان تمر هناك ، مع أنها ليست الملكيه الخاصة. بعد ذلك ، ويقول : ليس هناك اي دليل على جرافه سبب الضرر. "هل اخذتم ارقام اللوحات المعدنية؟"
